The project Phil it, featuring musician Pylyp Kolyadenko and pianist Emilia Shepel, creates intimate, incredibly tender, and lyrical music. They recently concluded their first major tour across Ukraine. Pylyp Kolyadenko often states that he creates music because he cannot do otherwise, which perhaps explains why Phil it’s songs like “Tebe Nemaye Tut,” “Svoboda,” and “Zablulala” are a pleasure to listen to whether in solitude or shared at festivals.
